Let's Help the Boy Anatoly

  Kochanov Anatoly, born on 08.03.2010, was born at 37 weeks of pregnancy an absolutely healthy child; he was the first and long-awaited child, and he grew and developed up to one year like an ordinary baby. But closer to a year and a half the baby's mother began to notice that the baby differed from his peers. He did not play with the other children, and did not utter any syllables or sounds. At the age of 2 Anatoly started attending kindergarten, and there the difference from his peers became even more obvious. From that time a long journey of visits to doctors, speech therapists, and psychologists began for the baby and his mother. The diagnosis: Autism was given to the boy at the age of five. Thanks to the rehabilitation, the efforts of his mother and the specialists, the child learned a great deal and got a chance to become just like his peers, but to achieve this he and his parents still have a lot to do. Anatoly is now 15 years old, he is in the 8th grade and successfully copes with the school curriculum; he rides a bicycle, skates, does alpine skiing, and loves jumping on a trampoline very much. Unfortunately, at the beginning of December 2025 Anatoly became seriously ill and underwent 4 operations. The last operation was to close an ileostomy, with which the boy spent a month in the hospital. Anatoly could not attend school and missed 2 months of classes, and now he needs to catch up and get back into the learning process. For now the doctor does not recommend that the boy travel far outside Belarus, considering that Anatoly has not yet grown stronger after the surgical treatment and has lost a lot of weight, so they want to complete his summer rehabilitation course at home in Minsk at "Deti RAStut" LLC.

The cost of the rehabilitation course is 18000 Belarusian rubles.

For the boy's mother this amount is unaffordable; she is raising her son alone and is currently not working, being on leave to care for a disabled child.
